B3452B Type B Barrier Float
Barrier floats are used to restrict vessel operators and swimmers from entering areas that are off-limits, such as around dams, spillways, and designated swim areas. The B3452B is one of the larger Type B barrier floats in the Rolyan line, with 1,600 lbs of submerged buoyancy. It is constructed with a 1 in schedule 40 galvanized steel pipe running through the float, with rope or cable passed through the pipe to connect multiple units.
