428R Regulatory Buoy
The 428R is a regulatory Jim Buoy with a narrow can and wide base configuration, used to convey warnings and regulatory information to vessel operators. The wide 21 in base relative to the 10 in can provides a stable footprint for the buoy in the water. It includes reinforced concrete internal ballast and 200 stock labels.
