The Curd 18 is a larger regulatory buoy used to convey warnings and regulatory information to vessel operators. Like the Curd 14, it is designed for deployments in depths of 25 feet or greater and is self-righting and low maintenance. The wider 12 in diameter body provides a larger above-water profile for increased visibility. The construction is designed to be easy to refurbish over its service life.
